Hearts-of-palm
is a very widely-used vegetable in Brazil, with a crunchy
texture and mild flavor similar to an artichoke heart.

company only four blocks from our facility. Keepin' it local!

Rio's Brazilian
Empadão bring the flavor of Brazil
to your table. Flour-dough cupcakes filled with fresh veggies,
delicate spices, brushed with butter and baked to a golden
brown; our traditional and contemporary empadão
are delicious and filling.

Cooking
Instructions
All of Rio's
Brazilian Empadão frozen cupcakes
go straight from the freezer to the oven or the microwave.
Simply remove the
savory cupcake from its packaging and place on an ungreased
cooking sheet in a preheated oven at 385 degrees for 18-25
minutes or until heated throughout.
Our savory cupcakes
can also be heated in a microwave oven. Simply remove from
the package and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave
on high for 1 minute or until heated throughout.
Our savory cupcakes
can also be heated in a toaster oven with the same delicious
results.
