Roasted Red Pepper Pão de Queijo

Rio's Brazilian Roasted Red Pepper cheese bread takes our traditional pão de queijo to the next level.

We've added all-natural roasted red peppers to our gluten-free* bread to make it colorful and even more delicious!

Ingredients

manioc starch, eggs, milk, butter, parmesan cheese (cultured pasteurized part-skim milk, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose added to prevent caking), roasted red pepper (red pepper, water, salt, citric acid), corn oil, and salt

Baking Instructions

To bake Rio's Brazilian cheese breads simply preheat a conventional or toaster oven to 400 degrees. Place rolls straight from the freezer onto an ungreased cooking sheet, about an inch apart from each other. Let bake in the center of the oven for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown. The breads will be crusty on the outside, and chewy in the middle.
