Brazilian Cheese Breads

Are Rio's Brazilian cheese breads gluten-free?

Rio's Brazilian cheese breads are made with all gluten-free ingredients. We practice safe food handling and do our best to never cross-contaminate items. However, we cannot guarantee our products are 100% gluten-free.

Do I need to let the bread thaw or rise?

No, Rio's Brazilian cheese bread goes straight from the freezer to the oven. No need to thaw or let rise.

Is the bread all-natural?

Yes, Rio's Brazilian cheese bread is made with all-natural ingredients.

When I cooked the bread, the inside seems a little uncooked. Is that okay?

Yes, the texture of Brazilian cheese bread is a bit spoungy and chewy. It is made with yuca root instead of any type of wheat product so you will feel a bit different texture. The breads are fully cooked with their turning brown on the outside.

How do I bake Rio's Brazilian cheese breads?

To bake Rio's Brazilian cheese breads simply preheat a conventional or toaster oven to 400 degrees. Place rolls straight from the freezer onto an ungreased cooking sheet, about an inch apart from each other. Let bake in the center of the oven for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown. The breads will be crusty on the outside, and chewy in the middle.
