Elias Martins (left), a native of Rio de Janeiro, uses family recipes, traditional ingredients and his own style, to create Rio’s Brazilian cuisine.

His professional experience includes Fork Restaurant, Penne at the Hilton Hotel (both in Philadelphia), and Castle Hill Café.

Ben Googins (right), became fluent in Portuguese while teaching English in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

He is captivated by the sights, sounds and tastes of Brazil and is excited to share his passion with Austin.
